We are again indebted to the archives of the late Con Hannigan (as supplied by Historian Richard T Cooke) for an article.
in relation to his young days in Ballinure and Blackrock. Included is an old photo of Blackrock National School, (High Infants and First Class). While this photo was taken in 1939 and is over 80 years old now, we wonder does anyone recognise an ancestor.?
